Product Designer, AI Workflows

You’ll lead the design of AI-assisted workflows from early product questions through polished, shippable interfaces. The work sits at the center of product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking: helping people move from scattered context to confident next actions.

What you’ll do

Map user needs across collection, search, and tasking workflows, then translate those insights into flows, prototypes, interface language, and production-ready design details. You’ll partner closely with engineers and product leadership to test assumptions quickly, simplify complex model behavior, and make every AI interaction feel explainable and useful.

You’ll also contribute to our design system, define interaction patterns for trust and recovery states, and help shape how new capabilities are introduced without overwhelming users.

You have strong product judgment, a portfolio that shows thoughtful interaction work, and experience designing complex tools or AI-powered experiences. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, precise in your communication, and motivated by the craft of making sophisticated systems feel obvious.
