Founding Frontend Engineer

About the role

You’ll own major surfaces of the product frontend, from foundational architecture to the small interaction details people feel every day. As a founding engineer, you’ll help set the technical bar for the product while staying close to design, customer needs, and fast-moving product decisions.

What you’ll do

Build high-quality product experiences across dashboards, AI workflows, search, onboarding, and collaboration surfaces. You’ll translate design intent into accessible, performant UI, establish durable frontend patterns, and make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.

You’ll work directly with design and product, contribute to technical planning, improve developer workflows, and help the team ship quickly without letting the product feel rushed.

What we’re looking for

You have deep experience building modern web applications, strong taste in interaction and UI craft, and a habit of leaving systems better than you found them. You’re comfortable owning large areas independently, communicating clearly, and operating well in an early-stage environment.
