AI Product Engineer

About the role

You’ll explore, prototype, and ship model-powered product capabilities that help people move from scattered work context to clear next actions. The role blends product engineering, systems thinking, and practical AI judgment: knowing when to automate, when to explain, and when to stay out of the user’s way.

What you’ll do

Build AI product features end to end, from messy early prototypes to reliable production experiences. You’ll evaluate model behavior, design the surrounding system logic, collaborate on interaction patterns, and create the infrastructure needed for fast iteration without sacrificing quality.

You’ll partner with design and product to decide where intelligence adds value, instrument real usage patterns, improve evaluation loops, and make the product more dependable with every release.

What we’re looking for

You’re a strong product-minded engineer with hands-on experience building with language models or related AI systems. You care about user trust, have good judgment around model limitations, and enjoy turning ambiguous product possibilities into concrete, useful software.
